- What insecticide do you mist in the system?
- There are a variety of EPA approved mist concentrate options available on the market to suit your specific needs. We use what works best for you on your property. Concentrate information is available by request.
- Will the solution used in the misting system harm my pets?
- Used strictly according to the label instructions, EPA approved misting concentrates are generally considered safe for pets and people.
- Is the system effective against any other insects?
- Yes. Small small flying insects are repelled or killed on contact by misting insecticides and botanical oils including mosquitoes, flies, spiders, gnats, no-see-ums.
- How often should the automated timer be set to come on?
- Let nature be your guide. The system will be set to automatically mist three times per day near dawn and dusk when mosquitos are most active. As different pests swarm, you may increase or decrease the number of spray times. There is also a Mist Now feature giving you control to mist as needed either by remote control or with an app. Your mist schedule can be customized to best suit your lifestyle and adjusted seasonally.
- What is the system warranty?
- GMAN’s Annual Service Agreement includes all Service Calls, routine maintenance, repairs, parts replacement, and minor system modifications for one year. Reservoir fills are a separate charge. Exclusions apply.
